The case is about a car driver hitting an old man who is known to be as a former army personnel. The incident is from the place known as Swindon which is present in Great Britain. A driver was alleged for running over a man, resulting in the death of the later, while both of them were involved in a car crash before this incident. The jury who was benched heard the case as both the accused and the victim were in a car which hit an accelerator just moments before the victim was run over by the accused. The victim was an ex-army official or an ex-paratrooper, who was of about 75 years of age, Mr. Kiley, who was injured gruesomely by the intentional running over by Dario Carboni, who is a 25 years old youth.
The Situation
The incident took place in the previous year in July when the victim stepped out of his car and went to the accused to discuss some details regarding the insurance. All the hearings of the case were being made in the court of Bristol Crown.
Well, the accuse is denying all the charges that have been mentioned and registered against him, be it the charge of murder, causing the demise of an individual due to dangerous driving of a vehicle or that of manslaughter.
The people who are living in the area where the incident took place that is in the areas of Southernwood Drive have heard about the incident where the accused has failed to stop his vehicle in which the victim was said to be seated as a passenger.

An Appalling Sound Was Heard By The People
As stated by a witness, Mr Thomas Blackwood that he saw a man whose head was facing towards the curb while he was lying on the road with his face down. The witness saw all of this scenario from behind the curtains of his house. While the mother of the witness was witnessed of performing CPR on the victim of the accident. But it is said that Mr Kiley has suffered gruesome head injuries and hence was of no use. Before the paramedics arrived on the scene, the man was seen to be lost. Two more witnesses of the scene were known to hear a car had driven fast by their garden. The couple who were in the garden had claimed that it was the same moment when they heard the sound of the crash and claimed that it was one of the most horrible sounds that they might have ever heard during their entire lifetime.
