Recently, Theresa May in her speech announced the new Brexit referendum deal which initially was promised that it will change the UK and European Unions strange relations. However, she received a huge backlash from every political party in the country.

Basically, conservatives of the parliament have denounced the Brexit deal furiously which was the prime minister’s one of the last attempt to impress the labor MP’s which was promising a second referendum on the EU membership.

She said that this is a new deal of the Brexit and will get a consensus at Westminster for the common elections. She though has always put her judgment saying that canceling and rejecting the Brexit deal will create a huge political nightmare among the UK and the EU.

Angry backlash for the second referendum

This was the fourth time that Theresa May’s Brexit blueprint is rejected in the parliament and it seems to be a humiliating reaction for the prime minister and that too just before her exit from the position. The backlash that she is facing is quite extreme by the members of the parliament and opposition party led by Corbyn. She staged the deal with the help of the labor lawmakers so as to win the members of the parliament vote. The entire blueprint was to decide on the custom relationships of Britain and the European Union only if the House of Commons gives the go-ahead vote to her referendum.

Conservatives along with various supply partners and also the support of the opposition party the referendum was rejected furiously. This will lead to a conservative’s confidence loss over the Theresa May’s Brexit plans which means she will have to face a defeat in the house of commons and will also have to see rejection for the withdrawal agreement bill in the next month’s elections.

She will be facing the parliament again on Wednesday to put up a 10-point package including all her compromising points. The members of the parliament will get a chance to vote about whether to hold a second referendum or not and they will also be given a choice to decide on the custom links between EU and the UK. The options which will be offered is regarding the temporary customs union. It will also give the option to have lesser friction regarding Britain’s trading options outside the customs.

The backlash is increasing and the PM’s said that they will not be backing her plans this time. Also, there was absolutely no sign of members switching from the opposition’s side to her as she made her last futile attempt to get them to vote through the House of Commons elections.

Currently, the chairman of European Research group Rees-Mogg said that the May’s new proposals are getting worse than before. Brexit party’s leader Nigel Farage also lashed on the Prime Minister’s new deal saying that she has watered down the referendum regarding the Britain and European Union custom relations.
